• As a crucial point of contact immediately following a new customer’s onboarding, you recognize the significance of your role!
• You take pleasure in tackling intricate issues and conveying solutions in a manner that simplifies and clarifies.
• With the backing of the Customer Success team, you will be accountable for enhancing client satisfaction, managing project scope, handling change requests, tracking project status, coordinating internal tasks, and reporting on project KPIs.
• Tailor the Hummingbird platform to align with customer business and technical requirements, ensuring adherence to product capabilities.
• Oversee multiple implementations simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks while proactively identifying risks, trade-offs, or changes in scope.
• Proven experience in configuring B2B enterprise SaaS platforms or technical products based on genuine customer business and technical requirements (not merely executing project plans).
• A strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional settings within the Customer Success organization, working alongside Technical Solutions Engineers, Implementation Managers, and our Head of Delivery to ensure successful project completion.
• You are organized, proactive, and dependable — adept at managing your own priorities and identifying risks or obstacles early on.
