This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of customer implementations for our AI-driven digital pharmacy platform.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Business Operations to ensure solutions are delivered on schedule, within scope, and truly beneficial for health system clients.
• Lead customer implementations from initiation to go-live, taking ownership of the strategy, timeline, and results.
• Implement established methodologies and playbooks for implementation, while actively suggesting enhancements based on effective practices.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and other implementation documentation with accuracy and diligence.
• Coordinate both internal resources and external partners to guarantee timely and efficient delivery.
• Proactively identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary, and take charge of resolutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process.
• Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders within health system clients.
• Provide clear and consistent implementation updates to both internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Assist in maximizing NPS, customer satisfaction, and revenue recognition through top-tier delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales on project scoping, deal transitions, and establishing accurate customer expectations prior to implementation.
• Work alongside Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback, identify integration challenges, and help inform the product roadmap.
• Contribute to the creation of implementation playbooks, templates, and best practices aimed at enhancing repeatability for the team.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing project or program management within enterprise healthcare SaaS or health technology.
• Experience in an early-stage, venture-backed healthcare technology firm (from Seed to Series B) and an understanding of thriving in a startup environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end implementations of enterprise healthcare software, SaaS, or AI solutions in U.S. health systems.
• Background in launching new enterprise healthcare technology products and establishing the necessary delivery framework.
• Strong expertise in healthcare systems.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare data, integration, and interoperability standards (such as FHIR and HL7).
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and a strong focus on clarity and execution.
• Excellent communicator - capable of leading meetings, aligning cross-functional teams, and independently managing stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in uncertain environments with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
