This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team of Implementation specialists by organizing team meetings, conducting weekly one-on-ones for performance and professional development coaching, and serving as a point of escalation.
• Supervise the implementation of the pod’s projects, including enterprise-level strategic partnership initiatives, and provide reports on metrics associated with these projects.
• Engage actively with the implementation team, acting as a player-coach; when not optimizing the team's performance, you will undertake projects or tasks to aid in achieving the team’s success metrics.
• Responsible for planning within the pod, which may involve out-of-office coverage, approving requests, allocating workload, and fostering a strong team spirit through team-building activities.
• Set high standards for quality work and exemplify leadership through your actions.
• Collaborate with the Director of Implementation to devise and implement new strategies for scaling the implementation process, particularly concerning timelines, configurations, and training.
• Partner with the Manager of Implementation to enhance team development through hiring, coaching, and ongoing improvements.
• Work closely with the product team and other internal departments on company-wide initiatives, representing the Implementation team effectively.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 7 years of professional experience; certifications such as PMP, client-facing roles, and experience in the healthcare industry are advantageous.
• More than 5 years of project management experience for new customer implementations of a SaaS-based software product, preferably in healthcare or health tech.
• At least 2 years of experience managing direct reports or project teams of 3 to 5 individuals.
• Experience in managing mid-to-long-term projects (lasting 3 months or more) that support customers of various sizes.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Capability to adapt to change, think critically, and work independently or remotely.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude dedicated to achieving results.
• Must be flexible with scheduling to accommodate customers in different time zones.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% (approximately 4 times a year).
