Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery process of Soutron customer implementations, ensuring that projects are executed on schedule, within defined scope, and to the highest quality standards.

• Take personal responsibility for the delivery of the most strategic and intricate projects while creating playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and a scalable team for our implementation function.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex project issues across our global client base.

• Design and validate robust architectures for enterprise information management, library automation, and archive management.

• Establish metadata models, data migration strategies, and integration patterns that align with contemporary SaaS and, where applicable, industry best practices.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure customer implementations are in sync with the platform roadmap.

• Create and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for various customer projects.

• Ensure that projects fulfill defined success criteria, including customer satisfaction and measurable business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering end-to-end enterprise SaaS/software implementations (from scoping to design, deployment, and go-live).

• At least 3 years of experience in managing implementation teams or professional services organizations; experience as a player-coach is highly desirable.

• Strong proficiency in APIs, data migration, cloud platforms, integrations, and modern SaaS architectures.

• Proven ability to develop playbooks, SOPs, and delivery frameworks from the ground up, rather than simply utilizing inherited systems.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.

• Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple large-scale projects concurrently.
