This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and manage client implementation projects.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Clinical, Eligibility and Benefits, as well as external vendors to ensure all client requirements are effectively addressed throughout the implementation process.
• Develop a comprehensive action plan that incorporates a set timeline and evaluates potential risks.
• Create the implementation project plan and monitor progress in relation to the plan through weekly updates and maintenance of an action log.
• Build client relationships and ensure client satisfaction from day one of the implementation phase.
• Evaluate risks and formulate contingency plans.
• Clearly and concisely communicate project status to stakeholders, including executives.
• Guide project teams towards achieving specific milestones, effectively collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality and predictable outcomes.
• Manage contributions and inputs from various stakeholders.
• Foster collaborative working relationships and develop optimized cross-functional processes.
• Proactively identify business risks and devise high-quality strategies and tactics for effective mitigation.
• Conduct post-implementation “lessons learned” and feedback meetings to enhance future processes.
• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), is essential.
• Ability to quickly learn, engage, and contribute to improved execution.
• Experience interacting with clients is required.
• Exceptional time management abilities.
• Strong experience in facilitating meetings is necessary.
• Proven track record of delivering completed projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working as part of a team on strategic cross-functional projects.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
