Implementation Lead Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the solution design, configuration, and client interaction throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.

• Lead functional delivery through all implementation phases: Engage → Drive → Enable → Convert → Optimize.

• Facilitate discovery and requirements workshops, solution design meetings, and system walkthroughs.

• Configure NetSuite for Financials, P2P, O2C, and Inventory workflows.

• Transform business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions that adhere to best practices.

• Collaborate with Project Managers on project scope, timelines, deliverables, and change control (PCRs).

• Assist in data migration including mapping, templates, validation, and test loads.

• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure go-live readiness.

• Conduct system walkthroughs and training sessions.

• Work alongside technical teams on integrations and customizations.

• Identify risks early and offer proactive recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in NetSuite implementation.

• Strong experience in NetSuite configuration.

• Expertise in ERP processes including R2R, P2P, and O2C.

• Proven experience in leading workshops and solution design sessions.

• Responsibility for solution design documentation (SDD).

• Experience in managing UAT and ensuring go-live readiness.

• Knowledge of data migration strategies.

• Ability to balance best practices with business requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

• NetSuite certifications are preferred (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant).
