This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with digital diagnostics clients and clinical trial managers, acting as the main contact during the technical implementation phase.

• Offer direct technical implementation assistance alongside customer IT and internal development teams.

• Oversee implementation tasks, timelines, risks, and issues while maintaining regular communication with clients.

• Act as an application expert and escalation contact for external clients, which includes participating in an on-call rotation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing SaaS implementation positions.

• Strong analytical abilities and adherence to operational standards.

• Proven experience in managing challenging customers or situations, demonstrating effective resolutions.

• Deep understanding of the business and products, with a capacity for research and self-initiative in areas requiring further knowledge.

• Preferred familiarity with HL7 interface implementation and practical experience with laboratory information systems such as Epic Beaker, Novopath, or Cerner Millennium.

• Willingness to travel no more than 20% of the time.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
