Implementation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Participate in the comprehensive deployment of the Neara platform for utility clients globally.

• Ingest and manipulate extensive datasets (LiDAR, GIS, and asset databases) utilizing Neara’s schema language and configuration framework.

• Conduct thorough QA/QC to ensure the digital twin accurately represents real-world physics and aligns with customer specifications.

• Create tailored reports and dashboards within the platform to generate actionable insights for utility engineers.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to offer feedback on process and tool enhancements to expedite future deployments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Data Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Integration Engineer, Software Engineer, or in a comparable role.

• Proficient in at least one major programming language (such as SQL, Python, or similar) with a proven capability to learn new languages.

• Strong written communication skills with experience in contributing to internal knowledge bases and external user manuals.

• Ability to clearly articulate technical configurations to diverse audiences in fluent English.

• A background in engineering, mathematics, software engineering, computer science, or a related field is desirable.

• Familiarity with GIS, CAD geoprocessing, or LiDAR data would be advantageous to expedite the learning process for this platform.

• Capability to dissect complex data discrepancies and systematically reconfigure models to guarantee 100% accuracy.
