This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist in setting up sites, outfitting facilities, executing layouts, and optimizing processes in fulfillment centers.
• Work alongside Solution Design and local Operations & Facilities teams to establish facility layouts and changes in racking elevations.
• Keep AutoCAD layouts updated.
• Apply CEVA standards pertaining to LEAN principles, Continuous Improvement, Tier Boards, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Operations to suggest and implement process optimization projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Monitor operations to ensure adherence to Work Instructions and that they accurately represent actual processes.
• Team up with Project Management and Procurement to guarantee that equipment and supplies are ordered, tracked, delivered, and implemented punctually and within budget.
• Assist in the implementation of new clients and facilities within CEVA’s Contract Logistics network.
• Maintain layouts, confirm completion of facility-readiness actions, track capital investments, and enforce engineering standards.
• Collaborate with implementation project teams and local Operations and Facilities teams to ensure actions are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in designing and implementing warehouse or order management processes.
• Strong knowledge of Manhattan WMS and/or OMS platforms.
• Required experience in 3PL, distribution, or fulfillment environments.
• Preferable experience in cross-functional deployment teams.
• Strong analytical and process mapping abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to collaborate across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with documentation tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel to deployment sites as necessary.
• Travel requirements of 60–75% within North America.
