This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Guide customers through the implementation process from project initiation to successful launch.
• Configure customer data within the SFG20 platform utilizing internal systems and implementation tools.
• Prepare, cleanse, manipulate, and validate customer data using Microsoft Excel and various other tools.
• Execute implementation tasks in accordance with project plans, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Organize and lead customer workshops, implementation meetings, and progress updates.
• Assist with onboarding, system adoption, and the transition to Business as Usual.
• Ensure accurate implementation documentation is completed and maintained.
• Oversee multiple customer implementation projects, adhering to defined scope, timelines, and budget when necessary.
• Develop and sustain project plans, track milestones, and manage risks and issues effectively.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Technical teams.
• Provide project reporting and update customers and internal stakeholders on progress.
• Identify risks and facilitate resolutions.
• Aid in the planning and scheduling of implementation activities.
• Enhance implementation processes, tools, documentation, and onboarding efficiency.
• Share best practices and insights gained from experiences.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with customers, delivering a professional and consultative experience.
• Convert customer requirements into successful implementation outcomes.
• Maximize customer satisfaction and promote the adoption of the SFG20 platform.
• Background in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, or Compliance sectors.
• Exceptional customer-facing communication and relationship management abilities.
• Strong project planning and organizational skills.
• Experience in implementing SaaS or cloud-based software solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including skills in data manipulation, validation, and analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable conducting presentations for customers and facilitating workshops.
• Familiarity with data migration or system configuration tasks.
• Project Management certification such as PRINCE2, APM, Agile, PMP, or an equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives is advantageous.
• Knowledge of resource planning or capacity management is a plus.
• Must have the right to work and travel within the UK.
• Capability to provide documentary proof of the right to work.
• Completion of satisfactory vetting and reference checks is required.
