Implementation Coordinator – Health Plans, TPA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Assist in the complete implementation lifecycle for new group projects, from kickoff to go-live.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans for each new business initiative.

• Collaborate with internal teams to establish accurate and achievable deadlines.

• Monitor deliverables across various cross-functional teams and follow up on any missed milestones.

• Raise concerns about timeline risks to leadership.

• Facilitate internal implementation meetings to address obstacles and align stakeholders.

• Identify and mitigate implementation risks while creating action plans.

• Review new client account configurations within internal systems prior to go-live.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a health insurance or healthcare benefits setting.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with project management tools and workflows.
