Implementation Consultant – Safety

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact between Cority and clients for designated projects.

• Confirm that assigned clients are content with all software and services provided by Cority.

• Ensure the lead consultant is engaged in necessary corrective measures and/or suggestions to Cority management.

• Adhere to the Cority Implementation Methodology (CIM) for all client implementations.

• Collaborate with the client and Cority Project Manager to devise a plan for managing the project implementation, including interventions when timeline milestones are delayed or missed.

• Educate and assist clients in configuring Cority software to fulfill their business needs.

• Offer guidance to clients on aligning business practices with standard functionalities of Cority software.

• Create and deliver both standard and customized training sessions for end-users, as well as train-the-trainer programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree from a university program in occupational health & safety, industrial hygiene, occupational health, business administration, computer science, or a related field with equivalent professional experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in software implementation is preferred.

• Background in safety, medical, environmental, or industrial hygiene fields is advantageous.

• Professional certifications (CIH, CSP, CSRP, COHN) are considered a significant benefit.

• Must possess a thorough understanding of system implementation life cycles and project management methodologies.
