Implementation Consultant – monday.com

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Full ownership: You serve as the driving force behind digital transformation, guiding our clients from their initial vision through the technical implementation to effective usage.

• Comprehensive project management: You autonomously handle client projects from the first consultation to the launch phase, ensuring that scope, timelines, and quality are consistently managed.

• Needs interpreter: You actively listen, ask insightful questions, and convert complex client requirements into structured, easily comprehensible workflows.

• Solution design: You manage the complete lifecycle of monday.com solutions and develop strong system integrations with tools such as Slack, Outlook, and HubSpot to guarantee seamless data exchange.

• Client empowerment: You provide targeted training sessions and create clear documentation to enable clients to confidently and sustainably manage their solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in monday.com: You possess in-depth knowledge of monday.com and ideally have proficiency in one of its modules: Work Management, CRM, or Service.

• Administration and configuration (including development): You have substantial experience in administering and configuring monday.com tools, having deployed them in various corporate settings.

• Business and technology understanding: You are well-versed in software development, project management, and business processes.

• Strong conceptual abilities: You design customized solutions from the analysis stage through to implementation.

• Relevant experience: You bring 2+ years of pertinent professional experience (Associate level) or additional project management experience (Senior level).

• Language proficiency: You possess excellent German (C1) skills and good English (B2) skills.
