📋 Description

• Lead the setup of e-Builder for prestigious clients, designing intricate business processes to enhance organizational efficiency.

• Advocate for software adoption by creating and implementing engaging training sessions that enable client teams to excel in new digital workflows.

• Design thorough process and data flows by evaluating complex business needs and performing strategic gap analyses.

• Promote ongoing improvement by identifying hidden challenges to software utilization and applying innovative solutions to address them.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to produce impactful status reports and assessments that guarantee project transparency and success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting clear and concise business and system requirement documents for intricate technical solutions.

• Strong consultative approach with the ability to present strategic information effectively to executive management and external partners.

• Proven capability to manage multiple software implementation projects at once while ensuring high quality and adherence to deadlines.

• Outstanding communication skills, including the tact required to handle challenging discussions and build consensus around new processes.

• Previous experience with e-Builder or comparable construction management software platforms (preferred).

• Advanced certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management (preferred).
