Implementation Consultant – Level I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of implementing solutions for both existing and new clients.

• Act as the Project Manager and subject matter expert regarding products, workflows, and configurations.

• Assess client requirements and tailor solutions to align with their objectives.

• Oversee project timelines, manage risks, dependencies, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.

• Ensure accountability among project team members.

• Facilitate client meetings and deliver updates on project statuses.

• Provide executive-level communications as required.

• Assist Senior Implementation Consultants and IC IIs with complex or cross-functional projects.

• Offer project management expertise and risk mitigation strategies.

• Travel to client locations as necessary for go-live support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in supporting or leading project coordination, implementation, or client-facing delivery work in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is essential.

• Proven experience in supporting or managing software implementations, ideally in a client-facing role.

• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced setting.

• A self-starter mindset is crucial.

• Focus on execution and accountability in delivery.

• Comfort in working independently while engaging in cross-functional collaboration.

• Familiarity with software implementation methodologies.

• Understanding of project management fundamentals.

• Skills in process analysis and solution configuration.

• Exceptional client communication and presentation abilities.

• Strong time management and organizational capabilities.

• Resourcefulness and proactive initiative are essential.
