Implementation Consultant – Legal AI Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Offer advice, guidance, and configuration for AI-driven legal solutions utilizing CoCounsel Legal

• Partner with legal operations teams to pinpoint challenges for AI integration

• Generate precise project cost estimates and Statements of Work (SoWs)

• Provide customized onboarding and training sessions centered on AI use cases

• Serve as a CoCounsel subject matter expert within the UK/Europe Professional Services delivery team

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, ideally in legal technology or AI solutions

• Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as CoCounsel, Westlaw, Practical Law, or comparable platforms

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Demonstrated capability to oversee multiple client accounts and provide high-quality consulting services

• Knowledge of SaaS troubleshooting, browser configurations, and web application performance

• Strong comprehension of corporate legal department operations
