Implementation Consultant – Large Deployments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the deployment phase, which includes crafting detailed project plans, identifying critical milestones, and proactively addressing risks to guarantee a successful deployment.

• Act as the primary contact for deployment initiatives, facilitating regular project status meetings, coordinating resources (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.), and updating stakeholders on progress, risks, and deployment status.

• Serve as a resource for evaluating implementation trends and potential obstacles, translating data into clear, actionable insights for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance our existing deployment methodologies, create and document best practices and standardized playbooks, and implement scalable solutions to provide a smoother, faster onboarding experience for future clients.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of the product, customer personas, the rationale behind investments, and how these elements align with the customer lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a client-facing Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant within a B2B SaaS setting.

• Knowledge of change management best practices to ensure a seamless transition for client organizations post-deployment.

• A strong commitment to seeing projects through to completion and managing tasks. Familiarity with project management tools (Linear, Jira, Asana, Rocketlane, etc.) and CRM software (Salesforce) for tracking deployments and client information is essential.

• Ability to analyze data effectively, with the skill to interpret deployment metrics, identify key trends, and produce both internal and external reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation) is required.

• A passion for pinpointing operational inefficiencies and leading organizational change through the development of scalable processes and documentation.

• Exceptional communication skills to influence both senior client leadership and internal stakeholders, ensuring that projects remain on track and risks are mitigated.
