Implementation Consultant, Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with clients to implement the monday.com platform, gaining an understanding of their needs, mapping processes, and suggesting tailored solutions.

• Engage in requirements-gathering meetings, planning sessions, and training events (Kick-off, Discovery, Validations, Trainings, etc.).

• Configure and customize the monday.com platform extensively to align with each client's specific business rules and requirements.

• Manage the complete implementation cycle: Kick-off, Discovery, Development, Validation, Training, Go Live, and Support.

• Create technical documentation and support materials such as Functional Analysis, Technical Analysis, solution documentation, PoC, and more.

• Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement in platform usage and recommend enhancements.

• Ensure the strategic adoption of the platform by the client.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in implementing monday.com projects.

• Basic understanding of the monday.com platform.

• Capability to translate business processes into effective solutions using the tool.

• Strong communication skills and ability to conduct meetings with stakeholders of various backgrounds.

• Well-organized, self-sufficient, with a strong sense of priority and accountability.

• Familiarity with integrations through Make.com, API, Zapier, or similar platforms is preferred.

• Previous experience in consultancies or as part of monday.com partner companies is a plus.

• Background in agile project management is advantageous.

• Analytical mindset and experience with data visualization tools are beneficial.
