Implementation Consultant III, Drive Thru/Menu Boards

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design intricate technical setups and scalable configurations for multi-site Enterprise operations.

• Spearhead high-stakes, multi-location rollouts from the design phase to go-live.

• Create display configurations, content hierarchies, and integration frameworks across numerous sites.

• Manage relationships with franchisees and corporate entities while addressing brand-level risks.

• Act as the primary escalation point for advanced challenges related to hardware, software, and networking.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives throughout the Enterprise deployment organization.

• Collaborate with Integrations, Product, and Sales teams to eliminate obstacles for large brands.

• Conduct internal quality assurance for multi-unit rollouts.

• Mentor colleagues and identify workflow inefficiencies.

• Propose scalable solutions that extend beyond individual projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of combined experience in POS, technology, or SaaS.

• Proven experience implementing complex hardware and software solutions at scale.

• Experience in managing integrations.

• Advanced networking capabilities.

• Deep understanding of corporate IT and operational requirements.

• Comfortable working with corporate IT executives and regional managers.

• Advanced knowledge of Enterprise configurations, above-store reporting, and third-party integrations, including Hotel PMS.

• Ability to take ownership and drive cross-team escalations to resolution.

• Strong project management skills requiring minimal oversight.

• Capacity to independently enhance Enterprise procedures and manage complex, multi-phased rollouts.

• Excellent judgment on intricate corporate matters.

• Self-motivated with the ability to navigate multi-unit operations.

• Strong ability to build cross-functional relationships and foster collaboration.

• Demonstrate leadership by example with a scalable mindset.

• Nice-to-have: experience with drive-thru technology, digital signage, digital menu boards, kiosks, AV, or related hardware deployments.

• Nice-to-have: familiarity with construction, permitting, electrical, or site preparation workflows.

• Nice-to-have: solid understanding of POS systems and restaurant operations workflows, or experience in supporting multi-unit QSR or fast casual brands.
