This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Comprehend the interconnections between the EHSQ suites in Cority and effectively communicate this knowledge to clients.
• Demonstrate a strong dedication to service excellence and remain informed about new features.
• Build confidence and establish meaningful trust relationships with clients both internally and externally.
• Exhibit awareness of project budgets, responsiveness, and professionalism, alongside exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Achieve or surpass an average annual chargeable utilization of 70%.
• Serve as a liaison between Cority and clients on all assigned projects and initiatives.
• Lead and assist in project implementations adhering to a pre-defined implementation methodology, which encompasses application configuration, client training, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Management, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Consultants to create a unified project team.
• Engage with and support various departments (including but not limited to Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, and Product).
• Collaboratively establish a project implementation management plan with the client team and Cority Project Manager, including interventions if timeline milestones are delayed or missed.
• Maintain daily updates of timesheets and project bookings, submitting timesheets for approval at the end of each week.
• Actively engage in the Cority PS Peer Training program.
• A graduate from a university program in Information Technology, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Ergonomics, Quality Management, or a related field with equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in the relevant subject matter, ideally holding professional designations such as (CIH, CSP, CSRP, COHN); alternatively, must have served as an Associate Consultant at Cority for at least 12 months and completed one Essentials implementation and one CIM/Agile CIM implementation.
• Bilingualism is considered an asset.
