Implementation Consultant I – Safety

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the relationships among the EHSQ suites in Cority and effectively convey this knowledge to clients.

• Possess a strong awareness of how and why clients utilize Cority software.

• Foster confidence in clients and cultivate meaningful trust relationships both internally and externally.

• Exhibit awareness of project budgets, responsiveness, and professionalism.

• Consistently update timesheets and project bookings on a daily basis, submitting timesheets for approval at the week's end.

• Engage actively in the Cority PS Peer Training program.

• Collaborate closely with Project Management, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Consultants to build a unified project team.

• Interact with and provide support to other departments (including, but not limited to, Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, and Product).

• Develop a management plan for project implementation, including interventions when timeline milestones are delayed or missed.

• Primarily work remotely, with some travel anticipated.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree from a university program in Information Technology, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Ergonomics, Quality Management, or a related field with equivalent work experience.

• 1-3 years of experience in the subject matter area relevant to this role, preferably with a professional designation (CIH, CSP, CSRP, COHN); or having served as an Associate Consultant at Cority for at least 12 months, having completed one Essentials implementation and one CIM/Agile CIM implementation.

• Bilingualism is considered an asset.
