Implementation Consultant, Golf

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Coordinate kickoff meetings with clients to clarify the implementation process and set their expectations.

• Ensure that client training is provided throughout the implementation phase.

• Organize internal resources to undertake project-related tasks, including hardware installation, starting clients' billing cycles, or setting up payment processing.

• Keep clients informed about the status of the implementation and remind them of scheduled training sessions.

• Oversee a specific group of clients involved in the implementation process.

• Deliver consistent and timely updates to clients based on task completion and their responsibilities during onboarding.

• Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system and other online tools to reflect updates and project timelines.

• Manage the period between deal closure and clients' initial use of the system.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the golf industry or a strong passion for golfing.

• Proven experience in managing client expectations through phone and email communication.

• Background in resource planning and task delegation in a hands-on execution capacity.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

• Proficiency in English as a working language is essential.

• Experience in retail and hospitality is beneficial, but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce is an asset, though not required.

• Knowledge of ClickUp or ChurnZero is advantageous, but not mandatory.
