Implementation Consultant, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of CRM and ERP software projects for clients ranging from 5 to 500 users.

• Engage in functional and technical working groups as well as progress meetings.

• Analyze business requirements, document them, and facilitate a seamless delivery in accordance with our Best Practices Playbooks, while guiding clients throughout the implementation journey.

• Collaborate closely with the Implementation Team, which includes Project Managers, Principal Consultants, and Technical Services personnel.

• Create and deliver training sessions for key stakeholders on system configuration, in addition to training for end users.

• Perform basic project management tasks such as developing onsite agendas, following up on project task lists, and escalating issues to the Project Manager and Leadership to maintain the project’s defined scope and timeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation.

• At least 2 years of experience as an Implementation Consultant serving as a billable resource with a utilization target.

• Proficient in both German and English languages.

• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• Willingness and ability to travel (up to 40%) to client sites for in-person meetings, as requested by the customer.

• Preferred Qualifications: Self-driven and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.

• Clearly communicates complex information in a polished, precise, and compelling manner.

• Collaborates effectively, involving others as needed to achieve both individual and team objectives.

• Strong time management skills.

• Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.

• Experience with Mavenlink (Kantata) and/or Momentus Software is advantageous.

• Background in the Venue and/or Exhibition industry is preferred but not mandatory.
