Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design of customer processes, execute data migration (including mapping and transformation), and document procedures for smooth transitions.

• Provide direct training to end users or collaborate on extensive training strategies with customer teams.

• Tackle complex challenges independently, escalating issues as necessary while remaining within contractual limits and utilization objectives.

• Assess implementations from peers and partners to ensure compliance with Workiva best practices, exercising prudent judgment on deviations and raising significant concerns.

• Detect patterns in customer satisfaction and partner delivery, converting these insights into organized feedback for product and professional services teams.

• Assist in collaborative delivery efforts by advising partners on Workiva methodology and platform functionality.

• Conduct technical enablement sessions to assess delivery preparedness and provide constructive feedback using established solution criteria.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience in a relevant field.

• Over 3 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related position.

• Familiarity with ERP, GRC, GL, FP&A, or Analytics & Reporting solutions and associated technology platforms.

• Practical experience with the Workiva platform, other SaaS or cloud technologies, or data architectures.

• Consultant-level experience at a services firm or public accounting is preferred.

• Strong and clear communication skills with customers and partners across both technical and non-technical groups.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity with a keen sense of when to solve issues independently and when to escalate them.

• Self-driven with a strong inclination towards action, results, and ongoing improvement.

• Capability to present topics clearly and concisely to various stakeholder levels.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.
