This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of customer implementations from the point of Sales handoff to Support handover.
• Manage project plans, oversee deliverables, provide status updates on milestones, and proactively identify project risks for both internal team members and the Customer.
• Align internal resources with the project budget effectively.
• Foster a consultative approach by establishing and nurturing excellent customer relationships to ensure the success of each project for both the client and Unifyr.
• Conduct customer workshops, and prepare requirements and user documentation for project execution.
• Configure the Unifyr platform and document the configuration environments for handover to Unifyr technical support to address any post-launch questions and issues.
• Set clear expectations and deadlines with clients, ensuring follow-through on commitments made by the Sales, Customer Success, or Service Delivery teams.
• Ensure the delivered solution optimally utilizes the features of Unifyr products and fulfills the customers' specified requirements.
• Conduct quality assurance to verify that the delivered solution meets the specifications.
• Manage customer expectations by identifying and communicating issues and risks, and work towards resolutions to ensure customer success.
• Participate in and, where appropriate, spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing internal processes, documentation, customer satisfaction, and the speed of delivery.
• Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Unifyr products, the business processes related to partner automation, and best practices in partner management.
• Stay updated on best practices in business analysis and project management to uphold the highest professional skill levels.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a software vendor, reseller, or consultancy, implementing software projects for clients.
• Highly skilled and experienced as a business analyst.
• Preferred background in channel management, CRM/PRM solutions, marketing automation, or similar business applications.
• Technical proficiency and experience in technical implementations such as Salesforce integration (SFDC).
• Expertise in interfacing with all organizational levels and direct customer/client management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal, telephone, and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to produce highly accurate written documentation.
• Self-driven and adept at prioritizing and executing tasks independently.
• Proven ability to quickly process and apply new information.
• Commitment to achieving the highest standards in project delivery.
• Ability to set and manage priorities wisely.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective project management and analytical capabilities.

• Work Conditions: Ability to work on a computer for extended periods, sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking, typing, and handling electronic files. Capability to view information in print or electronically. Must be available for in-person and virtual meetings. On-call availability and occasional work outside of normal business hours.
