This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary client-facing functional lead during project kick-offs and facilitate discussions on functional requirements.

• Collaborate with clients to gather payroll configuration details necessary for the completion of Strada Pay workbooks.

• Detect and report any discrepancies from Strada Pay standards regarding products and processes.

• Work in close partnership with Strada’s Product team to finalize the configuration of the payroll solution.

• Ensure the validation of the payroll solution and its integrations throughout the project testing phases.

• Conduct data validation checks within the payroll system.

• Manage defect resolutions by coordinating with pertinent teams.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer for the ongoing maintenance of the payroll solution to application services.

• Contribute to and revise the project plan as necessary.

• Assist with data mapping and validation across all systems, addressing any issues that arise.

• Help resolve integration-related issues.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and parallel testing processes.

• Ensure thorough data validations across all systems and resolve related issues.

• Take responsibility for defining and resolving workarounds.

• Supervise and assist in the knowledge transfer to Delivery and Operational Payroll teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a functional consulting or analytical role within a payroll outsourcing or payroll software environment.

• Strong knowledge and experience regarding the payroll and compliance regulations of the specified country (e.g., tax, legislation, etc.).

• Familiarity with the payroll implementation project lifecycle.

• Excellent client-facing communication skills.

• Proficient in articulating and documenting client requirements effectively.

• Ability to develop creative and straightforward solutions to address client issues or potential risks.

• Strong stakeholder management abilities and the capacity to engage with all levels of the organization.

• Propose alternative solutions by evaluating feasibility and associated costs.

• Demonstrate proactivity and effective problem-solving skills.

• Solid proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to adapt and thrive in a global, fast-paced environment.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
