This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Engage directly with customers to enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations using our IoT platform.
• Oversee the implementation of Samsara technology for clients, facilitating a swift realization of value from their investment.
• Develop launch strategies and a roadmap to boost product utilization.
• Monitor implementation progress, customer engagement, product adoption, and overall account health.
• Conduct training sessions, showcase Samsara’s technology, and collaboratively address challenges faced by customers and daily users across various use cases.
• Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously and collaborate across teams to provide an outstanding experience for our clients.
• Attain a thorough understanding of the capabilities of the Samsara platform and effectively communicate them to all customer types.
• Promote, exemplify, and integrate Samsara’s cultural values (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a growth mindset, Be inclusive, and Win as a team) as we expand globally and into new offices.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an implementation consultant, customer success, account management, or consulting position, with a preference for SaaS experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with various teams and for creating documentation.
• This role is demanding and highly visible internally, requiring strong prioritization skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
• Experience in supporting or working with technical products is essential.
• Strong consultative abilities with a background in end-to-end system implementations.
• Demonstrated success in building trust and communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including executives, product, and engineering leaders, as well as daily software users.
• Ability to exercise diplomacy, tact, and composure under pressure while addressing customer challenges.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution is required.
• Candidates must be located in Mexico or willing to relocate.
