Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist customers throughout their implementation process with Routeware solutions.

• Emphasize Routeware Elements software, utilizing waste management and street maintenance data.

• Collect and assess data, creating and validating models.

• Engage with customers to guarantee service quality and provide operational routes along with documentation.

• Participate in cross-training on all products to efficiently implement the complete suite of offerings.

• Advise clients on solutions tailored to their business requirements.

• Execute system configurations.

• Analyze data and interpret results using statistical methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Implementation Consultant or Business Data Analyst.

• Proficient analytical skills in Microsoft Excel, with a keen eye for detail and precision.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities, capable of working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations.

• Skilled in queries, report writing, and presenting insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
