Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for new clients during their implementation process, particularly focusing on our larger clients.

• Assist new clients with the initial hardware/software setup and provide system training to ensure a prompt and effective onboarding and product adoption.

• Track customer progress and activities to ensure successful adoption and timely activation.

• Exhibit strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including support, engineering, sales, product management, and the financial products team, to address complex issues and enhance customer experience.

• Manage a high volume of phone calls and email inquiries.

• Foster customer loyalty by providing outstanding customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, whether in sales or support.

• Exhibit proficiency in Salesforce and the capacity to utilize data to shape engagement strategies.

• Have a clear understanding of what success entails for both customers and Motive.

• Possess effective listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong presentation skills.

• Proven capability to manage multiple responsibilities with meticulous attention to detail and professionalism.

• Skills in documentation, data analysis, reporting, SQL, and Salesforce are advantageous.

• Experience in fintech and spend management technology is a plus.

• Capable of building and sustaining relationships with clients and their key personnel.

• Ability to develop presentations, project plans, SAAS/Fintech implementation plans, and track their progress and productivity.

• Strong business acumen, including project management, account management, problem-solving, business planning, and analytical skills.

• Open to feedback and committed to learning and continuous improvement.
