This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• The Implementation Consultant collaborates with clients to effectively deploy and adopt Salesforce solutions that align with their business objectives.
• This position closely interacts with clients and internal project teams to configure solutions, gather requirements, conduct testing, deliver training, and facilitate go-live activities.
• Engage in Salesforce implementation projects of varying sizes and complexities.
• Aid in the collection and documentation of business requirements through discovery sessions and client discussions.
• Configure Salesforce solutions according to documented business requirements and industry best practices.
• Assist with data migration, validation, and system testing processes.
• Carry out and document functional testing while supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop and maintain project documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Conduct client demonstrations and training sessions for end-users.
• Provide support to clients during the application launch and go-live phases.
• Offer post-implementation assistance and resolve issues before transitioning to ongoing support teams.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and propose solutions to clients and project teams.
• Foster positive and professional relationships with client stakeholders.
• Communicate project updates, progress, and action items promptly, both internally and externally.
• Address client inquiries and requests with a high degree of customer service.
• Take part in client workshops, meetings, demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Appropriately escalate project risks, issues, and obstacles.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, project managers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in project planning, status updates, and internal team discussions.
• Contribute to project documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Support internal efforts aimed at enhancing delivery processes and best practices.
• Maintain precise project-related documentation and time tracking.
• Provide timely and accurate updates on project status.
• Escalate project concerns, risks, and resource requirements as needed.
• Achieve utilization, quality, and professional development goals.
• Pursue continuous learning and Salesforce certification objectives.
• Embody company values and positively contribute to team culture.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, implementation, consulting, business systems, or a related technical field.
• Experience working directly with customers or internal stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce Cloud is preferred.
• Familiarity with software implementation projects or business process improvement initiatives is preferred.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus, or the capability to obtain Salesforce Certifications within six months of hire.
