Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Achieve certification in the Kyriba Center of Excellence (COE) across multiple functional and technical modules, including advanced modules.

• Collaborate with your manager to create a tailored training plan aimed at enhancing your skills and knowledge of new modules.

• Support the project lead during solution design workshops with clients and independently manage certain aspects of the solution design.

• Contribute to the development of the solution design document (Blueprint).

• Engage in cross-training across functional and connectivity modules.

• Configure and test solutions/workflows within the client database for various modules.

• Assist clients during testing phases before the go-live stage and provide support during the go-live process.

• Facilitate certain training sessions and design customized training agendas.

• Conduct specific workshops under the supervision of the team lead.

• Implement the Kyriba Implementation Methodology and apply Project Management best practices to all client implementations.

• Ensure that all tasks and deliverables are completed in accordance with project plans and monitor progress using project management software.

• Accurately enter timesheets in a timely manner.

• Maintain a billable utilization rate of 80%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred 3 – 5+ years of experience in corporate treasury, treasury management system implementations, professional services, or other related fields.

• Familiarity with the following functions is advantageous: Cash Management & Forecasting, Connectivity, Payments, FX Exposure Management, Financial Transactions, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Hedge Accounting, ERP Integrations, & Risk Management.

• Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant work experience.

• Prior experience with implementing TMS, FinTech, SaaS, ERP, or Financial Systems is a plus.

• Experience with FTP, SQL, and Business Intelligence is an added advantage.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a penchant for innovative solutions.

• Demonstrated critical thinking and a creative approach to solution development.

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
