Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Guide our direct customers and partnered organizations through scalable implementation and onboarding project plans.

• Create tailored onboarding plans as needed, based on the customer’s requirements and the service they have acquired.

• Consult, strategize, and support rollouts of JumpCloud within customers’ existing environments and infrastructures of all sizes.

• Address onboarding and implementation challenges through email or remote web sessions.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers regarding recommendations, updates, and action plans.

• Collaborate with colleagues, mentors, knowledge base authors, community forum leaders, and other internal resources to deliver the most effective solutions for our partners and customers.

• Ensure our customers' success as they transition to our product, which provides their entire employee base with access to essential resources such as servers, workstations, laptops, and the networks they rely on for web and on-premise applications.

• Continuously learn by researching and evaluating technologies to gather new insights for reuse within the team, organization, and for end users.

• Leverage your technical expertise and experience to aid in the onboarding and knowledge transfer of new team members.

• Regularly communicate with customers regarding planned changes or updates in their environments as they pertain to JumpCloud and potential use cases.

• Engage directly in customer environments when necessary to carry out migration or configuration tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing SaaS onboarding role.

• Exceptional project and account management skills.

• Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service abilities.

• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and applying them in a customer-facing context.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• A logical approach to problem-solving.

• Moderate knowledge of infrastructure, architecture, integration, and environments.

• Prior experience in a technical field or in positioning a SaaS product to relevant audiences is strongly preferred, along with a foundational understanding of the following technologies: Full end-user lifecycle management from new user onboarding to complete offboarding, OAUTH/SCIM API integration concepts and their application, project management and implementation rollout experience, Salesforce experience with account management and automation, administration or support of SMB environments & architecture, understanding of Office365/G-Suite administration, Enterprise/Mobile Device Management across Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, Android, Directory Services, specifically Active Directory and LDAP, Networking & Authentication (RADIUS is a plus!), SSO Protocols - SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and software systems setup and configuration experience. An associate degree is desired but not mandatory.
