Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for EAM implementations, from initial assessment to successful go-live.

• Facilitate workshops and assist customers in adopting best-practice asset and maintenance methodologies.

• Convert business requirements into a scalable and high-performing Ultimo configuration.

• Set up workflows, structures, integrations, and reporting within the platform.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining strict adherence to scope, quality, and timelines.

• Support users through training and hands-on assistance during the adoption phase.

• Collaborate closely with consulting colleagues, product teams, and support staff.

• Contribute to the evolution of Ultimo’s implementation strategy by sharing insights and lessons learned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in implementing EAM / CMMS solutions (Ultimo, SAP PM, IBM Maximo, IFS, HxGN EAM, or similar).

• Enjoy working in a consulting or project-oriented setting.

• Possess a solid understanding of maintenance, asset management, and reliability principles.

• Enjoy merging business insights with technical configurations.

• Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Fluent in English and comfortable in an international work environment.

• Demonstrate ownership, proactivity, and a genuine commitment to customer success.

• Legally eligible to work in the UK, NL, DE, or BE.
