Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple Granicus projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and maintain high quality from initiation to launch.

• Keep project plans updated, tracking status, issues, and opportunities for assigned implementations.

• Promote and advocate for "best practices" to guarantee long-term success and value for Granicus clients.

• Ensure that implementations align with client-specific objectives and address key challenges related to digital communications.

• Conduct online training sessions for clients.

• Manage organization-wide projects in collaboration with Product Development.

• Capable of deploying all GovQA products for small to medium-sized clients.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in the software/technology sector, particularly in Implementations.

• Ability to collaborate with various cross-functional teams to develop and assess business cases that support product investment strategies.

• Fundamental understanding of technology with a quick capacity to learn new technologies.

• Strong passion for customer satisfaction.
