This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Oversee the execution of implementation projects for both new and existing clients, ensuring management of scope, budget, and timelines.

• Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings (both remote and onsite) to gather requirements and evaluate configurations.

• Set up SaaS solutions, perform testing, and assist with User Acceptance Testing.

• Provide customized training programs for customer teams.

• Handle change orders and offer suggestions for adjustments in scope or timelines.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers and internal teams, promoting clear communication and customer satisfaction.

• Support customer service teams in resolving configuration issues after implementation.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical implementation consulting for SaaS solutions.

• Practical experience in software configuration and integrations, including basic coding (e.g., XML/HTML).

• A solid understanding of cloud technology principles.

• Demonstrated capability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging diverse audiences in ENGLISH;

• Experience in managing multiple projects within fast-paced settings.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Datamaran, Enhesa, Verisk, or Workday (Nice-to-Have).

• Experience in configuring solutions across various devices (desktop, mobile) (Nice-to-Have).

• Flexibility to work remotely with occasional travel (up to 20%).
