Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Gain expertise in the implementation and services of two or more SaaS products.

• Take charge of various customer onboarding projects independently.

• Foster strong partnerships with both customers and internal teams.

• Ensure projects remain within the defined scopes of the contract.

• Conduct kickoff meetings, configure platforms, provide user training, and manage review calls.

• Over 2 years of experience in SaaS implementation.

• Background in customer-facing positions.

• Excellent communication, training, and issue resolution skills.

• Ability to swiftly adapt to changing priorities.

• Proficiency in key tools such as Salesforce and Certinia.
