This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring strict oversight of timelines, budgets, and commercial results.
• Serve as a trusted consultant, converting client needs into well-thought-out solutions that generate significant impact through continuous consultancy and cooperative workshops.
• Take ownership of the complete configuration and setup of the software, making sure it is customized to meet each customer's unique workflows and specifications.
• Oversee UAT phases, collaborating closely with clients to address issues and approve solutions.
• Anticipate delivery risks and proactively resolve obstacles before they affect project timelines.
• Ensure transparent and consistent project communication with both clients and internal stakeholders throughout the process.
• Cultivate strong, trustworthy relationships with customer contacts at all levels.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients after go-live, assisting with further needs and ongoing project requirements.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance value and support customers in expanding their use of the platform over time.
• Uphold a high standard of customer experience at every interaction, responding swiftly to inquiries, setting clear expectations, and ensuring each engagement leaves customers feeling appreciated and confident in the process.
• Conduct engaging training sessions and webinars to maximize customer understanding of the product, both at launch and as new features are introduced.
• Present polished and persuasive product demonstrations to potential clients in collaboration with the Business Development team, adjusting your approach based on the audience and their familiarity with grant management software.
• Create and maintain clear training materials and documentation.
• Acquire in-depth, comprehensive knowledge of the product through structured onboarding, documentation, and practical experience.
• Stay updated on product enhancements and new features, translating updates into actionable guidance for clients.
• Represent the internal voice of the customer, providing insights to the product and development teams.
• Proven track record in project management, implementation, or professional services — you are adept at managing a project from start to finish.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to adapt your approach for various audiences and stakeholders.
• Strong aptitude for gathering, challenging, and defining requirements — you know which questions to ask.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with a history of managing your own workload to meet deadlines independently.
• Comfortable working autonomously while also effectively collaborating within a team environment.
• A quick learner with a genuine curiosity — you enjoy delving deeply into a product and becoming the expert resource.
• Experience in delivering training, demonstrations, or webinars is a plus.
• Proven ability to engage with a diverse range of customers — from large, complex charitable organizations to small societies and micro-funders — adapting your approach, communication style, and delivery to suit the scale and sophistication of each.
• Familiarity with or experience in the grants management or non-profit sector is preferred but not required.
• Technically proficient, with the capability to manage system configuration, handle data and reporting requirements, and simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
