Implementation Consultant, Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Maintain consistent engagement with customers throughout the implementation process, starting from the sales handoff to the realization of value.

• Develop comprehensive implementation plans that detail customer objectives and the necessary activities to achieve them.

• Conduct periodic onboarding reviews, monitor progress, and adjust plans as required.

• Foster relationships with customer champions and enhance their knowledge of the Fieldguide platform.

• Facilitate connections between customers and various cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, and Sales.

• Articulate customer requirements internally to impact the product roadmap, processes, and iterations of onboarding.

• Recognize potential risks to implementation success and formulate action plans to address them.

• Document customer value through case studies, use cases, and success metrics.

• Monitor customer adoption-map progress and track value realization over time.

• Provide Fieldguide Accelerator onboarding to new clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial audit or assurance.

• Over 3 years of experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or a related field.

• Experience at a leading management consulting firm or a fast-growing startup is preferred.

• Strong consulting skills that support complex organizations and enhance customer business value.

• Proficiency in project management with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple customers, projects, and requests with minimal oversight.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities while managing several customers simultaneously.

• Proven executive presence and capability to influence change.

• Effective communication skills with both customers and internal teams.

• Proactive approach and a sense of ownership over projects from start to finish with limited guidance.

• Collaborative team player with a mission-first mentality.
