Implementation Clinical Consultant – Radiology Informatics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients during pre-sales, implementation, and adoption stages to guarantee successful clinical outcomes.

• Assess solution designs in relation to customer clinical workflows, requirements, and operational objectives.

• Offer clinical consultancy for Radiology Informatics initiatives, including workflow evaluations, change management, and solution integration.

• Ensure the successful adoption and effective utilization of Philips Radiology Informatics solutions by healthcare professionals.

• Assist sales teams in identifying customer opportunities and showcasing clinical value.

• Establish trusted relationships with healthcare providers, radiology departments, and industry leaders.

• Guide clients through clinical integration, testing, workflow enhancement, and the adoption of new solution capabilities.

• Provide training, coaching, and knowledge sharing to clients, sales teams, and fellow Clinical Consultants.

• Analyze intricate clinical and organizational issues and propose effective solutions.

• Share best practices, lessons learned, and expertise with the Central Europe Clinical Consulting Community.

• Report directly to the Clinical Consulting Leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Radiology Informatics, medical imaging, radiology operations, or a similar clinical environment.

• A Master's degree in a clinical, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Familiarity with Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), or related imaging workflows.

• Ability to convert complex clinical issues into actionable, customer-centric solutions.

• Strong and effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels, from clinical users to executive leadership.

• Proficient in influencing, consulting, and guiding clients through change and technology implementation.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in both Polish and English.

• Knowledge of German or another European language is a plus.

• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
