Implementation Clinical Consultant – Radiology Informatics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients during pre-sales, implementation, and adoption stages to guarantee successful clinical outcomes.

• Assess solution designs against customer clinical workflows, requirements, and operational objectives.

• Provide clinical consulting for Radiology Informatics initiatives, including workflow evaluations, change management, and solution adoption.

• Ensure the effective utilization and adoption of Philips Radiology Informatics solutions by clinicians and physicians.

• Assist sales teams in identifying customer opportunities and showcasing clinical value.

• Establish trustworthy relationships with clinicians, radiology departments, and healthcare leaders.

• Guide clients through clinical integration, testing, workflow enhancement, and the adoption of new solution capabilities.

• Conduct training, coaching, and knowledge sharing with clients, sales teams, and fellow Clinical Consultants.

• Analyze intricate clinical and organizational issues and propose effective solutions.

• Contribute to the Central Europe Clinical Consulting Community by sharing best practices, insights, and expertise.

• Report to the Clinical Consulting Leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Radiology Informatics, medical imaging, radiology operations, or a similar clinical setting.

• Master's degree in a clinical, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Familiarity with Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), or related imaging workflows.

• Capability to convert complex clinical challenges into practical, customer-centric solutions.

• Strong and effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels, from clinical users to executive leadership.

• Proficiency in influencing, consulting, and guiding customers through change and technology adoption.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in Polish and English.

• Proficiency in German or another European language is a plus.

• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
