Implementation & Change Management Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive strategy for AirHub implementation and manage the implementation team.

• Create and uphold the integrated roadmap for UAT → Beta → Production implementations, including milestones, dependencies, and readiness benchmarks.

• Synchronize implementation efforts across Product, Engineering, Quality Engineering, Data, DevSecOps, EPA business lines, and external partners.

• Set up implementation governance and conduct integrated reviews for implementation and readiness.

• Define and track criteria for entry/exit points in implementation as well as business, user, technical, and operational readiness.

• Handle implementation risks, dependencies, decisions, issues, and escalations effectively.

• Collaborate with the Quality Engineering & Testing Lead and EPA business stakeholders to coordinate UAT.

• Spearhead organizational change management and business readiness initiatives.

• Manage communications regarding stakeholders, implementation, and releases in conjunction with the AirHub Communications Lead.

• Supervise activities related to release and production readiness, training, user support, adoption, and rollout.

• Develop strategies for Beta and Production rollouts, including phased implementation and transitions from legacy systems where necessary.

• Establish metrics for implementation success and monitor readiness, adoption, and stabilization.

• Guide the transition from implementation and hypercare into ongoing operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in leading intricate enterprise technology implementations, system modernization, or extensive digital transformation projects.

• Proven track record of guiding enterprise application implementations from testing to production deployment and operational transition.

• Experience in crafting and managing integrated implementation plans that involve multiple technical and business streams.

• Deep understanding of release management, production readiness, UAT, organizational change management, training, user support, and operational transition.

• Background in coordinating cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Quality Engineering, Data, DevSecOps, operations, and business stakeholders.

• Demonstrated capability in managing complex implementation risks, dependencies, decisions, and escalations at the executive level.

• Experienced in leading phased releases, pilot/Beta releases, production rollouts, and stabilization efforts.

• Strong experience in organizational change management and engaging stakeholders effectively.

• Preferred experience in supporting large-scale Federal technology implementations.

• Exceptional leadership, facilitation, executive communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
