Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Onboard new clients by assessing their business needs, establishing the company's initial objectives, and crafting initial strategies utilizing the RD Station Marketing and/or RD Station CRM platforms, while clearly explaining core concepts of Digital Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and Sales through tailored communication;

• Empower clients by regularly monitoring their use of the platform during the implementation stage to enhance outcomes;

• Ensure client satisfaction by serving as a liaison between the client’s team and the agency’s teams, including sales and support, to address issues and facilitate successful implementation;

• Support clients with tool setup, conducting meetings in a flexible manner that aligns with their needs and expectations;

• Oversee multiple implementation projects concurrently, manage client scheduling, and effectively navigate objections in challenging situations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in the customer success journey, with essential experience in Implementation/Onboarding;

• Understanding of digital marketing concepts (inbound marketing, lead qualification, personas, buyer’s journey, email marketing automation);

• Familiarity with RD Station Marketing (RDSM) and RD Station CRM;

• A genuine passion for assisting our clients, with empathetic listening skills, effective teaching abilities, and resilience in problem-solving;

• Strong communication skills (adaptive communication, effective and clear teaching);

• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and practical proficiency relevant to the role (experience with ChatGPT alone does not meet this requirement).
