Implementation Advocate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the client onboarding process from initial intake to go-live, utilizing a consultative method to comprehend provider workflows and tailor solutions accordingly.

• Record client requirements and configure applications to align with provider business processes, focusing on revenue cycle management workflows including claims, remits, and eligibility.

• Establish and oversee project timelines, milestones, and expectations with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Resolve issues using an analytical approach and escalate according to established procedures, ensuring prompt communication with clients and internal teams.

• Recognize and relay product feedback and expansion opportunities to the relevant internal teams.

• Comply with all confidentiality, HIPAA, regulatory, and other policies, procedures, and requirements as outlined in Employer’s Operating Policies and Procedures regarding any aspect of the data managed or services provided within the scope of work.

• Uphold adherence to Inovalon’s policies, procedures, and mission statement, and fulfill responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably assigned by Inovalon to achieve operational and financial success.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in implementing or supporting software in a high-volume setting.

• Healthcare IT experience with a solid understanding of revenue cycle management (RCM), including claims, remits, and eligibility processes; knowledge of HIPAA transaction code sets and EDI standards (ANSI X12, 835, 837, 270/271) is essential.

• Proven experience with SaaS platforms and the capability to navigate multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is an advantage.

• Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and capacity to manage several projects concurrently.
