
IMO Analyst, Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the IMO Program Manager by conducting data analysis and generating reports.
• Utilize the Smartsheet Integration framework to execute the complete program.
• Support Steerco, board, and both cross-functional and functional workstream alignment through the creation of presentations and management of project plans.
• Communicate the program structure, roles, and governance for contractors overseen by the IMO.
• Monitor the progress of various workstreams using dashboards to ensure alignment with set objectives.
• Collaborate with the IMO team to prioritize, optimize, and determine the direction of the IMO, manage resource allocation, and address risks.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to uphold data accuracy and integrity.
• Aid in the development and upkeep of market operation systems and tools.
• Work together with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational challenges.
• Prepare and present periodic reports and presentations concerning market operations.
• Identify potential process enhancements and assist in implementing solutions.
• Engage in the testing and rollout of new tools or system upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies related to market operations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience in market operations, energy markets, or related sectors.
• Ability to ensure alignment across all workstreams.
• Extensive experience with Smartsheet is preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities with expertise in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of market operation systems and software is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
