
Immunology Sales Specialist – Rheumatology, Ophthalmology, Pulmonology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Achieve or surpass all defined sales and territory goals by formulating and implementing strategic business plans specifically designed for the Rheumatology, Ophthalmology, and Pulmonology sectors.
• Collaborate with our portfolio representatives in adjacent territories to discover synergistic opportunities and enhance customer interaction.
• Build and sustain professional connections with targeted opinion leaders, physicians, and key decision-makers within ophthalmology networks.
• Maintain extensive clinical and product knowledge to convey intricate disease-state and therapeutic information with expertise and clarity.
• Deliver professional, compliant, and impactful sales presentations to customers and during conferences.
• Operate with utmost integrity in accordance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in regional and national conferences throughout the year to foster relationships and advocate for Rheumatology, Ophthalmology, and Pulmonology initiatives.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience required in any of the following therapeutic fields: Rheumatology, Ophthalmology, and Pulmonology.
• Alternatively, in place of a bachelor’s degree, an associate’s degree combined with 7+ years of experience, or 10+ years of successful, proven pharmaceutical or industry equivalent experience in Rheumatology, Ophthalmology, or Pulmonology will also be considered.
• Current knowledge of the territory and customer base is essential.
• Experience in selling biologics or specialty pharmaceuticals to ophthalmologists or retina specialists is highly desirable.
• Proven success in managing larger, complex territories with various account types (private practice, academic, institutional).
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and influence within matrixed teams.
• A valid motor vehicle operator's license and the ability to travel locally up to 40% are required.
