This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee a variety of immigration issues in designated countries for a specific client portfolio.

• Collaborate with third-party vendors and clients to ensure cases progress smoothly.

• Prepare and regularly review correspondence with clients and stakeholders.

• Inform stakeholders about key milestones.

• Keep major clients updated on changes in local immigration laws and procedures.

• Coordinate additional services with internal teams, such as consular and document teams.

• Recognize and escalate issues to line managers as necessary.

• Respond to inquiries from existing and prospective clients and lead consultation calls when appropriate.

• Perform document reviews.

• Carry out special projects aimed at streamlining and enhancing processes.

• Provide administrative assistance, including billing, case record updates, document tracking, expiry monitoring, and other miscellaneous tasks.

• Receive coaching and weekly performance reviews from Senior Consultants, with oversight from managers and senior managers on long-term performance and training.

• Proven experience in Spanish immigration matters.

• Proficiency in the Spanish language.

• Outstanding communication skills.

• Capability to manage personal time and caseload effectively.

• Prior experience handling a high volume of work in a dynamic environment.

• Strong customer service abilities.

• Experience in customer-facing roles.

• Background in case or project management.

• Legal authorization to work in Spain or the location of the offered position.

• Successful completion of the firm's pre-employment screening process.

• Background check as permitted by local regulations.
