Imaging Engineer – Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Facilitate onboarding, compliance, safety, and technical training.

• Support Customer Service Engineers with service readiness, tools, and documentation.

• Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.

• Achieve developmental milestones and meet performance standards.

• Enhance communication and customer interaction capabilities.

• Observe field service operations to expand technical expertise.

• Maintain awareness of equipment management and handling.

• Show preparedness for transition to Customer Service Engineer I position.

• Be willing to relocate as needed for business purposes.

• Complete a 15-week training program at the Medical Imaging Service Academy.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• A valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

• Willingness to relocate to Cary, NC, for the Medical Imaging Service Academy.

• Readiness for company-sponsored relocation and placement in a service region/territory throughout the U.S. upon completion of the program.

• Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of residence.

• No prior DUI/DWI convictions, pending DUI/DWI charges, or serious moving violations unless restricted by applicable law.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to walk, stand, sit, bend, twist, squat, climb ladders or step stools, and perform tasks requiring fine manipulation.

• Experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering is preferred.

• Previous technical or hands-on experience is preferred.
