📋 Description

• Develop unique artwork for Moniepoint products.

• Analyze intricate briefs and create captivating artwork to engage target audiences.

• Generate concepts and produce draft illustrations based on written content, models, sketched ideas, and creative vision.

• Convert ideas into artistic and market-ready visuals.

• Prepare preliminary illustrations in accordance with specifications and company guidelines.

• Produce comprehensive illustrations and enhance design concepts using color, graphics, effects, and illustration software.

• Utilize isometric techniques to provide perspective to intricate visual shapes.

• Ensure that digital illustrations adhere to high quality and color standards.

• Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm creative ideas, patterns, visual styles, and concepts.

• Keep abreast of emerging design techniques, industry trends, and graphic software advancements.

• Convert abstract product ideas into compelling visual assets across various touchpoints.

• Uphold brand aesthetic consistency and technical alignment in digital art and user experiences.

• Work alongside design teams to enhance Moniepoint's visual language and illustration standards.

• Provide high-quality illustrations promptly for complex cross-functional briefs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in fine arts, design, visual arts, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 4-5 years of demonstrated experience as an Illustrator, Graphic Designer, or in a similar visual design capacity.

• Robust portfolio showcasing a wide range of completed illustrations.

• Proven hands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software.

• Advanced skills in drawing, painting, and rendering digital artwork.

• Extensive knowledge of image editing and design tools, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Strong conceptual thinking and artistic problem-solving skills.

• Ability to effectively manage time, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
