This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Oversee the comprehensive vendor management program.
• Ensure timely scheduling of meetings with vendors and monitor the completion of outstanding action items.
• Keep management informed of any significant vendor deficiencies and outline/manage the corrective action plan.
• Promote compliance with established processes while demonstrating flexibility to meet the requirements of the Vendor Management program.
• Maintain accurate identification of regulated service providers that are subject to GxP controls at the account.
• Enforce change management protocols for these vendors at the account level.
• Collaborate with JLL account quality teams to effectively qualify and manage vendors delivering regulated services to the client.
• Assist in the preparation of necessary vendor qualification documentation.
• Appropriately escalate risks throughout the organization.
• Identify and promote best practices and standardization initiatives.
• Lead and guide process and program enhancements.
• Manage the procedures that enable vendors to be incorporated into the VM program.
• Act as a point of escalation for issues concerning vendor performance.
• Assist and lead communications, processes, reporting, and program outputs to management as needed.
• Serve as the main contact point between JLL and vendors, managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive continuous process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 7 years of relevant experience.
• A customer service-oriented mindset; strong interpersonal skills and integrity.
• Proficient analytical skills to evaluate vendor performance.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with effective prioritization.
• Outstanding people skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
