IELTS Demo Trainers, Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Evaluate customer requirements and deliver assistance and information regarding product features.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service.

• Respond to customer inquiries.

• Handle POS (point of sale) transactions.

• Go above and beyond to enhance sales.

• Follow and meet the department's sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Stay informed about the products available and discuss the options with customers.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service.

• Develop productive and trusting relationships with customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience teaching IELTS for a minimum of 6 months, or previous experience as a Sales Associate, or be a recent graduate.

• Fundamental understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A cheerful and dynamic personality with a focus on customer service.

• Proven history of exceeding sales targets.

• Practical experience with POS transactions.

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably a BA/MA in English.
